1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Charlie Buyers Agency website. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

3. Our services and your client agreement

This website explains what we do and how we work. It isn't an offer or a contract. If you become a client, our services, fees, timeframes and obligations are set out in your Deal Introduction Agreement. If anything on this website differs from your signed agreement, the agreement applies.

Prices on this site are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless we say otherwise. Values shown for what's included in our package are our own estimates of what each part would cost on its own. They aren't a quote from any other provider.

4. General information only

The content on this site is general information. It doesn't take into account your goals, finances or circumstances, and it isn't financial, tax, legal or credit advice. Before you buy property or borrow money, consider getting advice from a licensed financial adviser, accountant, lawyer or mortgage broker.

5. Results, examples and testimonials

Client results, deal examples and testimonials on this site are real, but every property and client is different. Past results don't guarantee future results. Profit, equity, rent and value figures are estimates or past outcomes, not promises of what you'll achieve. Property values and rents can go down as well as up.

6. Forms and enquiries

When you fill in a form on this site, you agree that the information you give is accurate and that we can contact you about your enquiry. Sending a form doesn't make you a client and doesn't oblige us to accept you. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

7. Using the site

You agree not to:

• try to access parts of the site or our systems you're not meant to
• copy, scrape or resell our content, deal information or pricing
